- You can cancel your subscription anytime – there is no cancellation fee.
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the users Account Settings after purchase
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period

I purchased ALL of Monkimuns apps because they came highly recommended as a great way to help my daughter practice her Mandarin (she attends an immersion school - we only speak English at home). The app is fun, has cute graphics and allowed me to choose from 5 different languages (Including Mandarin). I was very happy with the apps and in-app purchases. I recently had to re-download the apps after losing my phone and all its data, and learned that aside from the Monki Chinese class, ALL the apps are now ENGLISH ONLY and require $9.99/mo subscription for premium features!!! WHAT HAPPENED?! The sole purpose I purchased these apps was for the Mandarin Chinese - NOT English! And what happened to all the money I spent on in-app purchases?! Poof - theyre gone and now I am required to pay monthly for the same features O had before?! I am so disappointed and frustrated with this new update and have already emailed Monkimun but have yet to hear back from them. Please please please bring back the language options and my in-app purchases!
